ABOUT

I'm a Southern raised mama to 4 wonderful humans, the sweetest floof monster doodle pup and wife to the kindest man you'll ever meet. I currently reside in the wildly beautiful Pacific Northwest where I constantly find myself amazed by God's creation.

These are things that make me tick: Nature refreshes my soul and is often my muse in my designs.  A delicious meal and wine shared with good friends/family.  I could spend hours perusing nature and lifestyle photography. Anything that has to do with interior design/decorating - can't get enough of it. I love to sing, and every car ride is a concert.

One thing that I'm really proud of is how big of an impact I've made at my current job.  First, my employer has heard every idea that I've had and has let me run with each idea with the exception of one (altering the logo that has been in the family business for over 60 years). I have painted walls, cabinets, furniture, the women's restroom, etc. I took precious family artifacts I found in the print shop and put them on display in the lobby for everyone to appreciate. In doing those things I have created welcoming spaces that have made our work lives more enjoyable as well as set a professional and cohesive tone when customers walk through the door.  I also took it upon myself to create a website and a Facebook page.  I feel like I have earned a reputation with my customers as being consistent, competent and efficient.

Leaving my current employer is a leap of faith, but it's one that I'm ready for.  It's time for a new challenge and the opportunity to leave my mark somewhere else.
